Please note that each sponsorship only includes registration for a single company representative. Each additional vendor representative is encouraged to register for the meeting as an individual, SAT member or non member.
Our cancellation policy - IMPORTANT!
We value our vendors tremendously, but we respectfully request to secure your commitment since the cost of hosting meetings continues to rise and vendor registrations allow us some breathing room on the financials. Starting in 2023, SAT will only allow a 50% refund if a vendor cancellation must be made more than two (2) weeks in advance of the first meeting day (Wednesday), and we will not allow any refund for a cancellation inside of that two (2) week window.
If a vendor must cancel for any reason, we will still allow and encourage marketing materials to be distributed, but we ask that all vendor registrants acknowledge this cancellation policy at the time of registration. A cancellation request can only be handled through direct contact with our vendor liaison.
